Email is more important than your Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram followers combined. Why? Because it’s only through email that you can build a one-to-one relationship online. To say nothing of the old maxim “never build your house on rented land.”
One of my favorite methods of growing email lists is through a strong lead generation piece. Lead generation is the process of attracting prospective supporters to your mission and increasing their interest through nurturing.

The landing page appeals to prospective donors who want to “grow a child’s generosity and kindness” with the offer of the free guide World Changers: A Drop-by-Drop Guide to Empowering Kind Kids. Their all-important followup sequence is focused primarily on bringing in new monthly supporters.
