Oxfam Canada wins with this newsletter mailing submitted by Fundraiser Grrl, Rory Green. Rory notes “I like the “Your newsletter and survey enclosed” – and I like that Oxfam isn’t afraid to get “political”. They are bold about their beliefs, and don’t try to hide them.” I like the personalized letter from Executive Director, Julie Delahanty, that reads more like a note from a good friend than a standard nonprofit letter, and the newsletter, fashioned around donors’ interests. Note the strong PS appeal for monthly gifts, and the focus on gratitude throughout both pieces (click to read).
