St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has always had solid marketing. But in the past year or so, I’ve noticed a real switch to donor love in their communications. An example is this terrific little enews bearing the subject header: Your weekly update and patient spotlight. This concise, clean, simple layout includes a patient spotlight featuring a powerful photo, and highlights ways supporters are making a difference, along with a terrific reminder of the founder who made the hospital a reality.
