This week’s What’s in my Inbox, from Human Rights Campaign, highlights an excellent example of how to gently bring your supporters further along the engagement track. HRC leads with a terrific headline: Want to be the first to know the big news? Clear, direct, and simple language then combine to create an unbeatable call to action (click image for full view). After texting, the user receives a thank you message with further instructions. Note, too, how HRC is treating their supporters like valued insiders (see recent posts here and here for more on this topic).
